Sweet Home Alabama

The Lord asked us to give everything up. He asked us to give up our security of a steady paycheck, nice home, two cars, returning clients for me and like Jonah he asked us to step out of our comfortable lifestyle and ideal ministry. Then the Lord gave it all back to us! A month ago God closed the door to ACU. It was a very clear message.

You might be saying, "What?!?" Well to spell it out clearly... we are not moving. In fact, we are staying here in Columbus and continuing our ministry with our church!

Tim and I are very happy to be staying. God has given us peace and serenity. Tim will still continue to work on his masters part-time at ACU. He plans to start back in August with a week long intensive course.

For the most part life has gone back to normal. I'm enjoying the freedom of a lighter cleaning load without the worry of a house buyer stopping in. And Lewis is enjoying his new room. We moved Lewis from the nursery to the front bedroom with twice the square footage. Other than these small changes our life is peaceful at this moment. Praise the Lord!
